MAKAROV VODKA:

This concept uses what the name makarov means in a unique way. A bulls eye was used for this label. The bulls eye creates a target for consumers to lock into. You will notice the bulls eye travels from the label to the neck label. Having the bulls eye on both the neck label and front label creates eye movement. This also makes the entire bottle a visual exploration. Another pro for this concept is it moves the center of attention higher up. Since this bottle will be on the bottom of the shelves, having a higher point of interest on the bottle will allow for more views from customers.

Using the color combination of bright gold, bright red, and black, creates a very noticeable label. The red pops because of the black, and the gold is subtly accented by the red.

This labels design is simple yet powerful. The idea of Makarov being the perfect vodka for your needs, is represented by the bulls eye (Makarov is the bulls eye) and the use of strong colors that promote quality, power, and strength. A small detail which relates the word Makarov to the Russian gun is the use of the Russian star in the logotype.
